Toscana 30 Check-in Instructions
Please follow these apt instructions and enjoy your stay!
In order to get your pin code number to enter into the apartment please proceed with the ONLINE CHECK on the message you received.
Upon arrival, please click on the link to access the apartment in full autonomy.
The virtual key access will be active from your Check-in date to your Checkout date.
Please be advised this will only be possible should you have an internet connection on your phone.
If you think you will not be able to have a 3G/4G connection upon your arrival just buzz the intercom and you will instantly be put in contact with your Host’s phone. He will then be able to open the apartment for you remotely.
Once entered, we are on the third floor, in Via Toscana 30. It’s on the right, after you exit the elevator (number 17).
Once you’re in, close the door and do not open to strangers. You will find a copy of front door key in the silver bowl. Front door keys & the safe’s key. Safe is on the arch in the kitchen.
Breakfast
Vouchers for Italian breakfast – if included in your room rate – (coffee or cappuccino or American coffee and croissant): the cafeteria LeonBar is in Via Sardegna 35. Breakfast offered from 7 to 10 am, by giving the voucher to the lady at the cashier you can sit and enjoy the Italian breakfast! On Sunday’s breakfast is at MomaCafe in Via Lazio 11 from 7:30 to 10 am.
Cleaning
Towels are changed not before 3 days. Daily cleaning is from 10 to 12; the apartment has to be available during that time. Write us in case you do not need it. Please note the washing dishes is not included in the daily cleaning.
Wifi
Wifi password written on our brochure by the silver bowl.
Water Heater
In the bathroom there are 2 switches; one is for the water heater signed as I/O. Please leave always ON in order to get hot water. If you switched off you need two hours to get again hot water. It is an electric boiler; hot water is guarantee for two short (5-7 minutes) consecutive showers.
Electricity
If you cook, switch off AC or the water heater in the bathroom. It is not possible to have more than 2 home appliances at the same time! If you go out keep the AC off, please.
Wooden Floor
please do not wet the floor with water or any liquid.
Kitchen
Kitchen available; be careful in the use of the induction plates. Kitchen has to be returned cleaned.
Checkout
Checkout time maximum is at 10 am. Keys must be left in the silver bowl.
It’s not possible to leave luggage in the apartment, but we have the solution in case you need luggage deposit. You can bring them at Via Lazio 9 bell Martina House. We can store for you all the time you need and for free.
City Tax
City Tax, also called a tourist tax, is a fee that is paid by inbound travellers and the owner are due to collect it for the Municipality. Please leave it by cash on the silver bowl. We will collect it the first day of cleaning.
