About us
Martina House is a family-run guesthouse in the heart of central Rome, offering charming and comfortable rooms for travelers seeking an authentic Roman experience. Founded by my father in 2000, Martina House was the first apartment our family managed, and over the years we expanded to three properties, each designed to provide a welcoming and personalized stay.
I personally run the guesthouses today, making sure every guest feels at home with attention to detail and care. Our goal is to combine modern comfort with the timeless charm of Rome’s historic architecture.
Rome is an amazing city, full of history, culture, and hidden gems. I love sharing insider tips and suggestions to help guests explore the city like a local and enjoy every corner of it.
We would like to thank our talented photographers Giulia Venanzi, Stefano Corso, and Mario Rizzi for capturing the beauty of our guesthouses and Rome.
We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay in Rome unforgettable!

We loved the heritage building. Martina and Guido are very kind, caring, helpful and generous. Felt honoured to be the guests. The location is one of the best areas in Rome, posh and upscale, very close to Borghese park.
